VisitOnWeb :

You may access our home page and consult our site without providing us with any personal data. Our website enables registered users to have documents signed by persons (signatories) of their choice. The information collected is as follows:

Data retention
We retain this information for as long as necessary to carry out the activities described in this Privacy Policy or communicated to you, and for as long as you wish to use our services. Your signed documents are kept for 1 month so that they can be downloaded. If you delete a shipment for signature from your dashboard, it and all information relating to that shipment are permanently deleted. The same applies to all shipments if you delete your account.

Cookies
Cookies are used to facilitate site navigation. When you log on, we will set a number of cookies to record your login information and screen preferences. The lifetime of a connection cookie is two days, that of a screen option cookie is one year. If you check “Remember me”, your login cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted. VisitOnWeb does not link information automatically recorded by cookies to any personal data concerning our visitors.

Statistics and audience measurement
This site may transmit anonymous consultation data to the Google Analytics service, which may use cookies for statistical and audience measurement purposes. For more information, please consult Google’s privacy policy.

Payments

Conversion

If we change our privacy policies and procedures, we will post those changes on our sites so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it.

The personal information we collect is kept in a secure environment. The people who work for us are required to respect the confidentiality of your information. To ensure the security of your personal information, we use the following measures:

You can consult, modify or delete the information you have entered directly in your account, with immediate and definitive effect.

You can also ask us, by sending us a letter, for your personal information held by VisitOnWeb. You will need to enclose proof of your identity (copy of identity card or passport) to ensure that we respect your personal data and do not send it to a third party. We will only accept one request per person per year. The information we hold on you, or a notice specifying that we do not hold any, will be sent to you within 30 days of your request. You have the right to challenge the information we hold about you and to have it erased, rectified, amended or supplemented.

The newsletters, emails, mailings and letters you receive will always mention the possibility of opting out of receiving future mailings.
