Data retention
We keep this information as long as necessary to carry out the activities which are described in this Privacy Policy or which are communicated to you, and as long as you wish to use our services. Your signed documents are kept only on the server of our partner doccle. If you delete a shipment for signature in your dashboard, it and all information relating to this shipment are permanently deleted, as well as any signed document saved at doccle. The same applies to all shipments if you delete your account.
Cookies
Cookies facilitate navigation on sites. When you log in, we will set a number of cookies to store your login information and screen preferences. The lifetime of a login cookie is two days, that of a screen option cookie is one year. If you check “Remember me”, your login cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted. VisitOnWeb does not establish a link between information which would have been automatically recorded by cookies and personal data concerning our visitors.
Statistics and audience measurements
