Since January 2023, the French Institut National de la Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Industrielle (INPI) has required a qualified electronic signature for all company modification or termination formalities. This requirement, in line with the eIDAS regulation, has long limited the options available to European entrepreneurs.<\/p>

Since 2026, a major development has considerably improved accessibility: INPI accepts Evrotrust signatures<\/strong>, thus extending the range of European qualified signature solutions available for French administrative formalities. Evrotrust is a European Qualified Trusted Service Provider (QTSP), based in Bulgaria and accredited on the EU Trusted List. This solution offers eIDAS-compliant qualified electronic signature services, recognized throughout the European Union.<\/p>
